At Synapse, our lessons focus on mock practices and topical revisions from the latest syllabus. The goal isn’t just to help students learn the content, but to also help them fully understand, master, and confidently apply it in actual exam scenarios.

There will be a make-up lesson arranged with the tutor / an alternative tutor as early as possible. Students will be informed of the changes in classes and timings via Whatsapp.

A reminder will be sent via Whatsapp during the start of every Synapse Complete programme (start of 4 lessons), where payments can be made via Paynow/Paylah. At the end of each Synapse Complete programme (4 lessons), we will reach out to check whether you wish to continue with an additional 4 lessons.

There are no additional fees besides the programme fees as highlight under our Courses Tab! Additional fees will only be charged should you request for extra lessons on top of the Synapse Complete programme (4 lessons). Please feel free to enquire with us further via +65 8932 3923.

Lessons will start from the earliest available date. We will also reach to you via Whatsapp for further updates on lesson timings and schedule.

Unfortunately, fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellations. However, we’re happy to accommodate our students by arranging alternative class timings where possible, so they can continue their lessons at a schedule that better fits their availability.
